
Sales Manager
1.Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for complete sales target
2, For important customer development, maintenance and management;
3. Development and realisation of Sales/Marketing plans and activities.
4, Can analyze business problems and provide solutions, able to independently develop the department working process and system.
2.Functional Capabilities
1. Degree or above in Business / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
2. 5 years and above working experience in sales, 2 years management experience; Preferred with experience on connect/Fiber products.
3. Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills;
4. Building relationships with good interpersonal skills;
職責和責任:
1、負責完成銷售目标。
2、負(fù)責重要客戶的開發(fā)、維護和管理。
3.、制定和實現銷售/營銷計劃(huà)和活動(dòng)。
4、能分析業務問題並(bìng)提供解決方案,能獨(dú)立開發部門工作流程和系統。
崗位要求:
1、商業/銷售及市場(chǎng)營銷或相關(guān)學科,大專以上學曆。
2、5年及以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗,有連(lián)接器/光纖行業經(jīng)驗者優先。
3、較(jiào)強(qiáng)的談判技巧和專業的銷售技巧。
4、建立良好的人際(jì)交往能力。
